Claire started working for Visualise in April 2016 and is team leader for one of our housing support services and our day services. She has almost 30 years’ experience in the care sector, starting out as a nursing auxiliary before moving into support work and from there into management. Claire really loves the happiness and fulfilment Visualise brings to the people we support; it’s easily her favourite thing about the job. In her free time, Claire teaches and practises martial arts, goes to the gym and swims.
Cleo started working for Visualise in July 2018, as the team leader for two of our housing support services. She started her career in social care over 20 years ago as a Support Worker and has worked in a variety of settings over time, from large visiting support services to small mental health services. Cleo’s last position was with for the Royal Voluntary Service running social centres for older people in the Scottish Borders. Cleo has really enjoyed getting to know all the people Visualise support and their teams.
Outside of work, Cleo sings in a large choir in Peebles and also in a small acapella group. They have sung in New York, Barcelona, Dublin, the Edinburgh Festival and many more. She also paints animal portraits and plays the cello, when she has a respite from living with two teenagers!
Hannah joined Visualise in February 2017. Having worked abroad, this is Hannah’s first position in the third sector. Responsible for ensuring that Head Office runs smoothly as well as managing our social media and website, Hannah is the person you’re most likely to speak to at Norton Park.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling as well as watching documentaries.
